Senior Marketing Buyer

Responsibilities:

    • Participation in development and Implementation Procurement strategy in the category of Marketing goods and services;
    • Leading full sourcing process in Print, Promo, POS materials, copywriting, PR categories, digital and events according to company compliance guidelines.
    • Manage the current base of suppliers. Regular evaluation of suppliers’ performance, benchmarking their operations.
    • Analyze the market trends. Identification and selection potential pool of suppliers to reach better quality, cost and delivery;
    • Negotiations with current and new suppliers to ensure better price and commercial conditions
    • Knowledge of procurement procedures and guidelines. Expertise in Marketing category pricing structure and tender process specifics;
    • To build interaction with the internal clients;
    • Initiate and implement projects to improve cost-effectiveness
    • Contribute to Company’s KPIs achievement
    • Execution of P2P process: place purchase orders, receive commodities, review existing purchase process to find ways for improvements or optimizations.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in procurement (preferably in non-production categories, in a pharmaceutical or FMCG company) is from 2 years;
    • Competencies: Leadership (Initiative, driving to result, ability to take responsibility), Proactivity, Good analytical skills, Excelent communication and presentation skills, Negotiation skills, Stress resistance, ability to work under pressure, Self-confidence;
    • Special Skills: Excelent knowledge of power point, excel; Oracle (other ERP-systems) - it is desirable;
    • English - Upper-intermediate
